Consumer Alert: Cancer-Causing 1,4-Dioxane Found in Personal Care Products Misleadingly Branded as Natural and Organic

This was shocking to learn, that brands that are carried by Whole Foods would be unsafe. Sigh. Again, at this point, it is the consumer’s responsibility to be a responsible shopper. 4-Dioxane is a chemical byproduct and known carcinogen that is not required to be listed on ingredient labels.
